Wordpress - Tag other posts within a post?

I need to be able to "tag" posts when creating a new post.
Ideally there would be a dropdown box that shows dynamically all the current posts and you could select one or multiple posts.

Help would be great!

Yes. Its a really great. You could tag on wordpress. And saw result immidiately. Keep it up.
