Hello!

I am not sure if this is the correct place to ask this question about the iPhone 3GS.

The iPhone is a MAC platform. I don't have a MAC computer but I want to transfer files from my PC to the iPhone. I want to transfer music files like mp3 and picture files like jpeg. What is the best way to do that?

When I plug in the iPhone into my PC using a USB cable. I do not see a hard drive for the iPhone at all. My PC just don't see any drives in the iPhone so I can not transfer any music and picture file into the iPhone.

Thanks for any advice!!!

You need iTunes to do that, available for both Mac and Windows.

Apple has very tight control over their hardware - iPhones/iPods aren't like USB drives. Fortunately, there's an app for that. :) (Actually there are a lot of apps for that).
