Help with JS Menu

hi folks

i have a page, http://www.spurs-rule.co.uk/cda/CDA_Template.html , which has a javascript menu system on the left.

when you hover over the text links, a menu appears.
what i want, is for the appearing box's text, to appear centrally aligned. take the first "LPQI" link, and hover over it, "PQ Partnership" is currently left aligned in box, i was wondering how to make all the items appear centrally aligned?

just a quick question, at a glance, would it seem feasible that a sub-menu system could be created easily? so hovering over "PQ Partnership" could open out another box? i just really want to know if it's possible at a glance
