how can i make a website with a live coverage of a soccermatch? i am planning to use a laptop conntected to a gprs mobile phone to update. i need a solution thats sends as little kb`s thas possbile, so the bill wonth get high

Hey Holmes I think your asking for way to much here...

Also you have not given us nearly as much information as we needed!

1. Who is going to view the game? 1 person or hundreds
2. What type of Camera are you going to be using?
3. Do you have the ablity to legally broadcast the game (I guess this would also depend on how you answer question 1).
4. what type of connection do you get with your phone? Anything below 128K is going to make streaming video hard.

So there is just the tip of the questions I would need answered to help you out. From there you should look at a server app like Real or Windows Media. If you just want to upload Still images every couple min/seconds you could use an app like WebCam32 http://www.webcam32.com/ It looks like they now have video software too.
