Invisible Graphics

I used Frontpage to build my site www.hughmcclelland.com and everything looks fine until I upload the pages and I find there are certain images missing. Strangely, they appear on SOME of the pages but not others, suggesting the images themselves HAVE uploaded to the server but they're simply not displaying correctly in the browser.

I've checked the coding etc but can't find any explanation. Anyone got any ideas??? I'm starting to tear my hair out...

Just looking quickly it appears that the only image not found is:

http://www.hughmcclelland.com/images/History_mo.gif

and that's because of the capitalization - it should be:

http://www.hughmcclelland.com/images/history_mo.gif
