Hello,

I'm in kind of a bind. I developed a web site for a client and tested it on almost 20 machines. Mac, PC and several iPads. It works perfectly for me on all of them and in all browsers. The problem is it doesn't work on the clients Laptop!

He keeps asking me when it will be fixed but I don't know what to do. Since it functions perfectly for me how can I tell what the problem is?

So it occurred to me that there might be businesses that just test web sites for a living. I really need a third party to look at this and see what the issue is. Does such a service exist? If so can anyone recommend one?

Thanks!!!

Do you know what version of browser the customer is using? Maybe http://browsershots.org/ would help.

Well the main issue has to do with video playback. He has lots of videos on his site that are embedded. So screen shots won't help.

The videos play fine on every machine except his laptop.

He has an Apple Laptop and is viewing the site with Firefox. He claims it's the current version. I had a friend look at the site on her Apple Laptop with Firefox and there is a noticeable different in playback but why would that be?

Thanks

The site URL he gave you is a site that takes screenshots of the website you input on several machines, browsers and versions.

Not a screenshotting tool.
