I would suggest getting rid of the tables you used for layout.

CSS 101
http://www.webdevfaqs.com/css.php
A good CSS reference for newbies.

Learn when and why to use certain tags.
<b><font size="+2" face="TimesRoman"><span style="font-size: 24px;">Bam's Yahoo Page</span></font></b>
That should be done like this..
<h1>Bam's Yahoo Page</h1>
Use CSS to style it like you want it.
This is borderline meaningless...
<title>index</title>
Put your site name in the <title> tag.
I would line up the text so it looked like well defined columns.
Background music. Just say no.
The colors could use some work. Here's a link to some site with coloring tools.

Honestly, I could have done your site in about 1/4 of the code at worst.
I'll be adding more, but checking out any links in my sig couldn't hurt.

Can't read blue links on a dark gray background. Try yellow or aqua.
Too many animated cutsies. Pick one or two.
Did you leave the right side blank so the Geocities box wouldn't cover your text? If so, pretty clever.

I didn't used tables or anything, that includes html. All of my stuff was layed out by me. What's wrong with bg music?

What's wrong with bg music? It's annoying, and I personally prefer the music that I have (and thus, want to be listenting to) playing. BG music is not a good idea for most sites.

The way you have it, as do many others, the user is forced to listen to it. What if the user already has music playing? Both sources get mixed in together and produce a most undesired effect. You also then don't give the user the ability to stop the music which is another big no-no.
