Duplicate articles

Hello I have an online magazine and trying to find writers and contributors. I am planning to have writers write there article or post on my site by keeping a full biography and and link to tehir site and also the right to use theirarticle again elsewhere because i am on thight budget and can not pay them right now. would allowing that article to be published elsewhere a bad point or very bad point for seo as it becomes duplicate content?

In my thinking if the article will be published elsewhere it will definitely be considered a duplicate article. If you are allowing it to be used, it could very well be used on multiple websites. This can affect the authenticity of your online magazine.

You could invite a guest post contributors to whom you don't have to pay. All they need is link to their website. In the mean while get writers who can work on the budget you have without allowing them to publish articles elsewhere.

Duplicate content is directly copied from other sources. The article is similar to the main source. But if you get a source and type of the same, is not a complex content. Use Copyscape to see if the writers are presenting duplicate content.

The article content which is submitted already on the articles website and cached by search engine is called duplicate articles.
