Hey everybody. I'm having a heck of a time here. I've been tasked with creating a temporary page for a new site I'm going to be launching. The temporary page will link to the homepage of the old site in the interim, meaning that existing directories need to stay intact.
I've got all the links set up and everything, but I can't seem to redirect incoming root traffic to my temporary page. So that when someone types in domain.com, they are automatically redirected to domain.com/directory. Does that make sense? I'm definitely not looking to redirect all web traffic, because the old site still needs to be navigable at its original place on the server. I just need the root traffic.
If anyone could let me know how I could accomplish this, I would much appreciate it. Or, failing that, if it's possible to move a dotnetnuke site into another directory to still have it, you know, work? Any ideas?
