caan't access wp-admin

not sure if this is the correct section but when I try to log into wp-admin the log in panel seems to shake and it says - The Maintenance Mode is active.
but won't let me in
my site is http://www.6milesmile.co.uk
Please advise what I should do

Log in to your server using an FTP program and make sure hidden files are visible. In the wordpress root (where the folders wp-admin, wp-content, and wp-includes exist) there should be a file called .maintenance (like .htaccess). Delete this file.

I will try what you suggest and hoepfully that will fix it
