Solve the Instalation windows 7 problem

I am in problem of installing windows 7. During the installation come a box load drivers, have a required notice as “A required CD/DVD drive device is missing. If you have a driver floppy disk, CD, DVD or USB flash drive, please insert it now” actually I don’t understand what’s the disk. I also tried to delete a drive as drive 1 but after delaying process that was make one drive and I can't make partition. So can anybody help me
