Adding Content To My Site

I am using Dreamweaver CS4.

I am sorta new to website design. I used to use Drag n Drop, now I am getting into the harder stuff.
Well here is the problem. I cant figure out how to add content to my site. I used a template from a free template site. Any friendly advice?

you can add/edit/delete content....
