Browser Help again

Hey i have currently got an iframe in the middle of my page. I have objects and that aligned using div tages. Anyway everything is fine on IE, but in netscape and opera the image jumps up about a pixel. Is there anyway to write some code like for opera and netscape do this.

Help will be appreciated.
