Masking the URL

I thought there was a way to mask the URL that appears in the address bar, but I haven't been able to find it anywhere.

Does anyone know of a way to mask the URL shown?

Why, you ask? Noted in above thread, but basically they have two domain names they want to go to the same site, but when someone uses the old domain they don't want the old domain name to show in the URL.

I thought I saw in some CSS, but I must have been mistaken.

Spufi, I didn't start the first thread, and it was discussing redirecting to a page and not masking the url. Also it was in the Javascript forum where people may not be versed in CSS, so I thought I might pick up a more experienced CSS user to answer the question.

CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheets. I doubt something like that would deal with masking URLs.:)
