I am very new to all of this, and so I need some help. I have created a website that has amazing response and I am ready to take it to the next level, I need to create a way to charge membership, have user logins and passwords, membership required areas of my site and a decent forum system. I know that all of that is a lot, so I really need to start with figuring out how to go about the user names and registration, I am very limited to the amount of money that I can spend (I am a 23 year old stay at home mom) so any help that yall can pass on to me would really be appreciated. thanks.

I would recommend trying to learn a server side language (PHP or Perl), as all the things your described would be done server side. You might be interested in the following links:

You may also check with your server - they may have some webmaster's tools activated already and all you may need is to set stuff up via wizard. Sometimes it takes upgrading you hosting package to a next level for extra 20-50 bucks a month - wich may be suitable for the site with an amazing response and a membership system. Check to see what they have available, too - it would'n hurt.
