KeyboardCash toolbar

Does anyone know how to uninstall the KeyboardCash toolbar in WindowsXP? When I go to the control panel and try to uninstall it, I get a message that says I can't - because it is "currently running". First, the message says, I must "close all instances of it". But I have no idea how to do this.

If you are referring to thisKeyboardCash (http://www.keyboardcash.com/members/u53305485/troubleshooting.html), try closing all windows before uninstalling.
