Where can I find good icons/graphics for apps?

Anyone know where I can find free good icons for web applications? By that I mean graphic icons used on day to day apps like the icons used in:

I know there are tons of web sites that offer free icons but are usually sucky and not free. I figure I'd ask if anyone knew. The icons used in phpAdsNew are pretty popular (I see them everywhere) so I'm wondering if they are in fact free for use commercially.

Thanks for the reply, but like I've said, I've already looked and all I can find are pretty sucky icons (no offense on your part). I'm looking for free icons that are similar to the quality as http://www.stockicons.com/browse.asp that can be used commercially.
