Pop Up Windows

Hi,

I have a page which has a Pop Up configured to open on unLoad event of the parent page say, http://www.mydomain.com/mypage.html


The Pop Up opens only when the parent window is closed or when a altogether different URL of some other host is typed in the address bar say, http://www.anotherdomain.com


Is there a way to restrict the popup from loading if I type in a URL on the same host say ,http://www.mydomain.com/anotherpage.html
