Language redirect help

Hey, I tried using the Language redirect javascript in my main page of my website but when I opened the site or the file from my hard drive, the web came out as "page cannot be displayed." I tried deleting the javascript to reverse everything as if I never put that javascript in but the it still said page cannot be displayed. Instead, the page I made is called, index.html and the page was fine until I put that language redirect javascript in. I open my files on AOL and I contacted AOL help and they said I needed to contact the web building software which was Netscape composer from Netscape 7.1. I thought before I contact them, I'd ask for help here or ask the author of that javascript for help. No email address to that author was provided so I have no idea who made the language redirect javascript so I can ask for help. The page was supposed to be called, index.html. Now because of the language redirect javascirpt, my file was turned into English.html and I cannot open the file anymore. Can anyone assist?

The file is in .html and this forum won't accept html files. If you want the javascript coding I'm talking about, I can give it to you. Also, if you want, I can send you by email the html file so you can see what i mean.
