too much to handle

Hey
I made a guestbooktable and one of the TD's is 200 pixels wide.
Now is the problem, people can submit their texts, but if someone submits a word that's very long, it breaks out of the table... like this:

--------------
| 3 | stuff 2 |
--------------
it just looks very very ugly cause it destroys my whole layout.
How can you make these words automatically break at the end of the table?
