Tables and IFrames

If you click that page you will see that i am having trouble. I want that IFrame to the top right of the page and i want the tables to stay were there at. what am i doing wrong?

thanks alot, now i got one more question. I want the links in those tables at the left to show up in my frame. How do i do that? Im new at this so bear with me
