asp mail and non-english

I am trying to use aspmail with hebrew.
The email is recieved with question marks wherever hebrew was used.

I assume the same would apply to other character sets such as arabic,russian, etc..

Does anyone know what I need to change in aspmail?
I tried the following
Mailer.CharSet = 2
Mailer.CustomCharSet = "ISO-8859-8"
but they didn't help.

could you try sending a link in the email to a page where you would put the hebrew?
