Need help for image info on mouseover

I need to have a borderless text box appear with information about an image when I place the cursor over the image, with the text box appearing either directly to the right or directly below the image being described. I would also like to have the option of changing the background color of the text box. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I am using FP2003 as an editor.
