link in frame loads in another ??? please help

hi i have an index page that is splitted in two frames top & bottom... I have text_links on the top page and i want them to open in the bottom one and not in the top as it does...:)...I think it s with cross-frames scripts ...but don 't know ??? please help....:) thx

What is the name or id of the bottom frame? Add target="name_of_bottom_frame" to your links, and they will open in the bottom frame.
