navigation menu drag and drop

Hi guys,

I've seen example of moving layers on the screen, but what I need is a way to move individual components within a menu similar to what can be done in Windows OS. Any help is appreciated.

You have to know that layers are only containers of html (or other code. If you can move a simple layer then fill this layer with your navigation menu.
