popup and cookie script

I need a script for poping up a window after maybe 20 seconds after my website is left and which is setting a certain cookie when the popup is clicked away.

Once your site is left it is left. Why would you want to annoy visitors like that anyway???:rolleyes:

That is easily said: I am in the affiliate business and there are so called "parasites" taking away commissions. This happens in this way: They in most cases have installed a littel program on the PC of the user, this software scans the PC for cookies and if it found a new one from a company they are also affiliated with, they pop up a window after about 10 seconds, and no matter if the user clicks through to the merchant from my site, the parasites set their cookie of about 10 seconds after the user has left my website. Commissions are paid for those who have set the newest cookie, and that is this one from the parasite.
