New title for this forum: Perl

Since we've now created a category, scripting, and the majority of the posts in the CGI forum were related to Perl scripts, I've renamed the forum "Perl" instead of CGI. If there are other scripting languages that you feel should be represented here, please let me know.

Mayby you could set the forum name to "Perl/CGI". People may become confused or discouraged if they have a CGI question and dont realise this forum is the correct place to post..
