What do you people think about a Fullscreen Website that takes up the whole screen? It would cover up the taskbar and it wont have no menu bars up top. Would this be a good website or would it be to much of a hassle to have to minimize and alt+tab to close or move about the taskbar? What if it had a close and minimize button??? Would that work? Thanks for your input.

I personaly don't like this kind of web sites (even thou I have for a while this function in my own web site with a small javascript). I generally don't like them because even if they include a close and minimize button, they are hard to find at first look.
All this web sites I generally categorize them as spam and I'm very quick to use ALT+F4 to close them.
Hope it helps.

If you want people to view your webpage in full screen, put up a notice and suggest them to press F11.
Yea, doing something like...
<SCRIPT>
var new_win = window.open("new_win.html","new_win","fullscreen=yes")
</SCRIPT>
Would really make people upset. I mean, big time. F11 suggestion was good.

it's a nice idea but I certainly wouldn't go for it.
I don't care about shortcuts or the F11 key, I just wouldn't appreciate a site that alters my browsers functioning...even if it was for a few minutes.
