Okay..here is my last question for the evening.

Is it possible to make a page design in Photoshop, with the background and a logo...then export it as a web page and use it as a template for other pages?

hmmm.....well i would say no not really. You can create PNG files that would preserve your rollover buttons, slices etc. but you still need to create at least an HTML page and at HTML tags to add your PNG file to the HTML page for displaying in the browser.

it is possible in photoshop7 to export slices with the htmlcode.
also imageReady can do it in photoshop6.
