where can i get some free webtemplates that don't look like they are free....I mean....A good quality free template?

www.bluerobot.com has some basic layouts, of course you would have to mod them because the look like a few blocks, but still. I have not found any good temps that follow web standards that are complete. You can look on www.csszengarden.com but I would not try to jack one of those, it would be hard to make a functioning website out of one of their layouts because of the way they were coded, and also everyone would know where you jacked it from :D
