Help! Anyone heard of hostfor2bucks.com?

I just made some websites for a couple of non-profit organizations (Senior Olympics, Boys and Girls Club, Family Resource Center.) They can't afford the normal fees for web hosting. I found this place called hostfor2bucks.com. It "looks" legit, but you never can tell. I don't want to steer these good people wrong. This place offers the domain name and a year of web hosting for $24.00.
Is this good?

Thats an OK price for hosting and domain registration.

They have chosen a bad name for the company, though, they do look legitiment.
