Company A wants to sell more product.
Company B (you) wants to make more money.
Co. A starts an affiliate program.
Co. B joins the program.
Co. A creates banners and text links that Co. B can display on their website. Part of the code included with the links is tracking code. It indicates to Co. A that a visitor to their site came there by clicking a link on the website of Co. B.
If the visitor buys from Co. A, Co. B gets a commission.
