script inside of called script??

I'm trying to utilize a script from www.dynamicdrive.com called a "DHTML tip message" but would like to call another script from inside this "pop-up box." Is this possible, or am I just dreaming???

The tip message acually calls on 2 seperate scripts at different points in the HTML. I have this part working and am just curious about the other. It would make my page a bit more user friendly, since it would cut down on the number of links my visitors would need to click and I could update the site more efficiently and on a more regular basis.:confused:
