When I try to open some sites I get the message that entry point_jvm_support cxs@0 is missing from my jvm.dll . Netscape is then completely shut down and I have to reopen my netscape. What is happening and why? What do I do to correct this? Need to get to two sites for my PhD work and not letting me. This occurred after downloading netscape 7.01.

hi,
i could be wrong but this sounds like an error has occured with the install you did. You may have tried this but i would reinstall Netscape and the update 7.01.

Thanks, reloaded netscape ddin't help, so finally reloaded JAVA script2 hope this helps. Waitng for java to install now

yes JVM = java virtual machine. Try reinstalling that.

Thanks again, because reloading java did nothing but if I reload the JVM perhaps it will.

Can't find java virtual machine to download. Can anyone tell me the site to go to.
