I'm looking for a good (not to pricy) server that will support ASP (mail, upload and etc').

I like parking, they are more geared towards asp.net, but still support asp classic and will do what you want there. This is ecommerce hosting.

I use Hostway (http://www.hostway.co.uk). They seem pretty reasonably priced. The Silver Plan has ASP, PHP and .NET scripting and Mailing available, while the Gold Plan (about £150 per year) also includes an Access database.
