I'm using the script prompt command to create a box for the user to insert a URL. In IE the box is titled 'Script Prompt'. Is it possible to remove this and if so how???

No. Otherwise the user could be tricked into believing into that it was an OS dialog and could enter potentially sensitive information (e.g., a credit card number or password).
