perception

I am trying to use Question Mark the assessment manager to go to a DreamWeaver congrats page. Does anyone know the proper syntax when leaving Perceptions Question Mark software to go to another program. I am using, open browswer window but it keeps taking me to the root directory instead of where the file lives. I have tried a relative path, that doesn't work. Appreciate any advice,
