Generating specifically sized pop-up windows from drop-down menu items

I'm trying to get a specifically sized window to pop-up from a drop-down menu item.

Any thoughts?

I've tried adding a NewWindow function and referencing it within the parameters of the drop down menu item but nothing happens.

Please help,
