I am wondering if anyone knows what this line in my iis6 logfile means?

I dont know what the WebDav-miniRedir thing is, except that is it a collaborative publishing effort. ok, well, I am not allowing collaborative publishing on my site at the moment.
a search on google didnt help that much, except to see alot of others are seeing this in their logs too. some people think its a bot. what do you think it is?
