Photoshop Site again

Hi all--

How can you make a detailed, graphic site, without using photoshop?

Like Borders, Images, backgrounds, etc?

i think s/he means how to make a site without directly outputting your layout with photoshop and ending up with a crappy table layout.

Simple:

1. Layout the page
2. Make the graphics
3. Put the graphics on the page.

lol. You know I've never really fine-tuned the process or written it out, I just did it. Maybe you should make a graphic-less site first, then put graphics in the places you want them after you've finished lying out the page.

The way i usually do it is to make a rough draft of the site in photoshop then look very closely where what divs will be then slice up the image and use then for the backgrounds of divs.
