Floating Table within a cell

Does anybody know how you could make a table float down a page in a cell? So, when you scroll down the page you would always see the table with a word in it out to the left...at the bottom of the page, at the top of the page or anywhere in the middle of the page?

any help would be appreciated!

Thanks Dave, that is exactly what I need. I just want it to scroll down with the page and when the customer wants to get back to the top of they page they can click on it and it will take them to the top...can you hel?
