Again, you asked and we listened...we now have a forum devoted to .NET, so you don't have to post in the ASP forums any longer unless you're talking about old school ASP.

Welcome to the forum! steelersfan88 04-19-2004, 03:29 PM wow Scott, you really listen to us all :) great job again, I think this will be getting some action quickly. It looks as if Peo is already all over the forum in as little time :) PeOfEo 04-19-2004, 08:20 PM AWWW YEA!!!! Ok, now lets do a flip flop, I move that I be made mod of this forum and buntine the mod of the asp forum since he is an asp man :p steelersfan88 04-19-2004, 10:21 PM I had the idea of you coming here, and then leave it up to scott or someone to do something about the old asp forum :) Daniel T 04-19-2004, 11:39 PM One question though... Why isn't it under the "Scripting" header, where the other server-side scripting forums are? -Dan buntine 04-20-2004, 03:27 AM .NET technologies are mostly not scripting. ASP.NET and VB.NET would be considered full-bodied programming languages. They go much further than ordinary scripting languages do. Yer, i will mod the classic ASP forum. Its my language ;) By the way, good job on the forum addition. PeOfEo 04-20-2004, 02:15 PM yep vb.net and c# can make compiled programs. vbscript does not do much more then asp classic, its other uses are thin in numbers. webdeveloper.com
