thats on trnasitional. If you want to use a table based layout and want source code that will not make blind people cry then make a css table hybrid layout, define the table attributes (height width valign align border, basically all but rowspan and colspan) with css.

unless u changed something, the site loads perfectly fine on my standard broadband connection mate. Not bad design either, nice and clean.
