Rotating a Graphic

I am trying to get a graphic to rotate in a circle, as if it were a ball spinning on your finger, like in 3-D. Only faking it to make it look as if it is. Anyways, I am not having any luck, and I was wondering if there is anyone out there who can help me. Thanks,
