Recommend Online Survey script

Can anyone recommend a good (inexpensive) online survey script or software program?

One would sure think such a thing is available, but I haven't done the research to find one. I usually write them for my customers.

I can write such a script in HTML/JavaScript with PHP and/or Perl support. You can contact me directly via my web page if you want.

I haven't really seen survey scripts.

Surveys that are 'scripted are typically programmed for you on a custom basis. That's usually very expensive. I would recommend going with an online survey provider like SurveyScholar (www.surveyscholar.com). Not only because I work for them, but because it's a good product. The free trial gets you 50 free responses, and if you want, there's a package for $20/month that gives you 2000 responses a month.

If you don't like SurveyScholar there are lots of online survey providers out there. Simply search 'online surveys' on Google and that'll give you a good list.
