As far as a review your site is like every other web coding forum on the net except you use darker colors.

I think your logo needs to be easier to read and larger.

If it is possible change the background and the tables to look differnt have your own theme. Your forum looks like it could possibly be an addition to this forum like the people that made this forum ran out of webspace and got some space some where else. So if you could change the colors I would. If its not possible then don't worry about the colors.
