Is there a forum someplace for people like me who maintain their site(s) entirely with XHTML and CSS, with no script at all? I hear we're not considered to be "developers." Is there a name for us other than webmasters? And do a lot of people do this? I think my site's pretty nifty, considering it's done entirely without scripts, but I sometimes have questions that are unique to this type of site.

http://www.xhtmlcoder.com/beck/ doesn't use JavaScript since it is XHTML Basic 1.0.

However, there is not a specific name I find it hard to believe you have specific questions that are outside the scope of the general site but generally you are labelled a "Web Author".

I also assume you mean you don't use Server-Side Technology thus the most dynamic thing you can achieve is a hyperlink if we are considering HTML and not SVG, etc.

Don't worry too much. You're in good company and the right forum. ;)
