Seems pretty good. Maybe a little too much movement going on which can be distracting. Maybe slow the animated gifs down a little?
Also, just a personal thing, but scrolling messages on the status bar aren't my favourite. If you've got a strapline message to make why not just put it on the web page - then you get the font and colour you want. I know it seems cool and dinky to be able to do it but your visitors may not be as impressed as you are - it'll just add to the general distraction of their periferal vision.

On the surface:
1. Get rid of all that scrolling crap. What kind of information is so important that you draw attention by animating it and then at the same time is of such little value that you do not allow user to read it. If you have some announcement, put it all on the page and let me read it at MY pace.
Same goes for all the animated giffs .
Same goes for the banner - pick a picture and leave it there.
2. Leave fonts at 100% of my preference!!! If I can not read your microtext I will just hit back button and you lose a customer. At least your layout does not fall apart too bad when I hit Ctrl+....
3. Get rid of the visit counter. For all I care it says how many people hit "Back" button the moment they saw your page...
4. Do not tell me what time/date it is, I have a clock on desktop.
5. Do not use "click here" for a link. Make a link of text that describes it.
Under the hood:
... It sucks ....

The site looks good to me but i would sugest in the airfares section use drop down menues for the from & to boxs .
Have a look at expedia to see how they do it.
As a frequent traveler this saves a lot of work when looking for prices on flights.
But overal i would use this site to book with if the price was ok. :)
