Comment my site please

I have recently bought a new website and have started promotion few weeks ago. However, there is little member join and register to us though quite a lot of advertising cost has been spent. I am not sure whether there is a design problem on the site or the method that we advertised the site. Would anybody please give me some comment?

By the way, I found I could download some cgi files from my site to my local hard drive using Microsoft Frontpage, I think other people can also see my cgi files by using the same method. Does anybody know how to prevent the cgi files from being seen or downloaded?

Heh heh, turns out I can download them with notepad. This is most likely a server problem, as if you try downloading from my site: http://216.36.173.149/index.php, it will give you an error that the server is inaccessible. You need to talk to your host about this problem right away.
