need help, form

hi !
i need a little script thingy :)
i want it to do this:


Naam: (here they fill their name)
Voornaam: (here they fill their pre-name)
E-Mail: (here they fill they're email)
Leeftijd: (here they fill they're age)
Woonplaats: (here they fill they're city)

id would be nice whith a submit button, so, that, whenever they pressed the 'submit'-button the form they filled in will be send to my email (bram.loose@skynet.be)

do you have access to a server-side language like PHP or something? because it is possible with HTML, but then it depends on Microsoft Outlook (Express)

my host does not support php.. that's why i need a java script or something like that :)
